195 Jor Bagh is designed as a state of the art, aesthetically stand out residence with the functionality expanded to it’s maximum potential as per the client’s needs. The house expands from a multi entry from the basement to a duplex above the stilt and the second and third floors designed as individual plans for single family units. 

The residence proposed is a straight line functional multiple dwelling home with a striking aesthetic appeal. The use of varied materials in the elevation creates an interesting balance which is sustainable, easy to maintain and pleasing to look at. The work is currently under construction 

The striking facade uses a juxtaposition of neo classical and contemporary elements to provide for a residence which gives the perception of luxury. The use of stone walls, cornices and intricately carved balconies  is a modern take on Neoclassicism.

MSAP Architects have unveiled a compelling design for a proposed residential building that epitomizes modern architectural principles. The structure, currently under construction, is set to become a landmark in its locality with its sleek and contemporary aesthetics.

The building features a bold, geometric facade that immediately catches the eye. The prominent rectangular frames around the balconies create a striking visual rhythm, adding depth and dimension to the exterior. This design choice not only enhances the building's modern appeal but also provides a sense of privacy and enclosure for the balconies, offering residents a comfortable and secure outdoor space.

The use of large glass panels ensures that the interior spaces will be flooded with natural light, creating bright and airy living environments.
