DAMS Coaching Institute in the heart of Delhi is a published Interior Fit Out by the MSAP Team.

The project’s main goals were to create a new connection throughout the rooms, value the couple’s works of art, expand the visual contact with the surrounding environment, renew the interior’s atmosphere, and promote new dynamics in the use of the kitchen.

The kitchen island/bar was introduced to break the monotony of the corridor. Nooks are also created to give volumes in the passage. As a response to the apartment’s linear geometry, volumes are stacked, staggered, and pushed into one another to allow most parts of the home to be open to light, sound, and wind. The apartment interiors are a careful balance between contemporary, luxury and modern.

The Proposed interiors for the Education Center are a true example of functional and effective aesthetics.

The Residence Interiors for the Project are an amalgamation of effective space planning and the client's  vision.

MSAP created a unique setting for the project. A mix between old and new, by using natural materials in combination with an ethnic touch was produced.

We were tasked with crafting the perfect space for our client, and the results are truly breathtaking.Imagine dining under the open sky, hosting memorable gatherings in an elegant, all-weather setting, and sipping cocktails at the expansive bar area. The office has been extended to accommodate the growing requirements and has been duly transformed in a space that effortlessly fuses design needs, while also allowing for individual identities to emerge.

The two BHK Apartment was renovated in a strict time frame and budget. A family of two required a space which was maintenance free and intending to reduce as much as possible the demolition material (therefore reducing the costs of the construction), a strategy was drawn up to reuse the materials already present in the apartment. The finishes were retained while few spaces were completely renovated resulting in a swift construction time and clean interiors with maximized light and air.

The brief for the space was to create a physical manifestation of the company motto. A luxury-focused, simple workplace that makes the visitors welcome. The use of color Green and wood textures with a playful mix of glass allowed us to create a unique, interesting workspace with ample meeting spaces. A theme was established with a use of similar patterns in window films, false ceiling grains and the furniture design resulting in a space that is a true expression of the work place motto.

Our design strategy for the Neurology and Cancer Clinic was to bring together a clean, fresh medical environment and a wellness experience. The project in itself posed many challenges with an angular shape and a compact area. The objective was to create a soothing yet functional spaces for the doctors, test rooms as well as the waiting area. The clinic is a play on soothing tones of grey and white with a splash of play with lighting fixtures and stark black upholstery. A palette of grey, beige and terrazzo stamps on floors further accentuate an outwardly quietness in an otherwise raucous vicinity. MSAP was able to create a space that was tactile and all-encompassing with a sense of otherworldliness, incorporating associations of serenity with a balance of warmth.
